Hence, the Fashion Design Council Of India (FDCI) decided to conduct the first-ever phygital Lotus Make-Up India Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2021 with luxury partner The Chanakya/ DLF Emporio. Day 2: Lotus Make-Up India Fashion Week SS’21!

The day two of the Lotus Make-Up India Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2021 not only raised the standards of dressing sense in the country, but it also started on a floral note and came to an end with a pastel splash. Just like day one, day two also had both designers from the Indian fashion industry- the veterans and the budding ones. The list of designers included names such as Limerick By Abirr N’ Nanki, Nirmooha, Archana Rao, Guapa, Ranna Gill, Siddartha Tytler, Gauri & Nainika, Ravi Bajaj, and Suneet Varma. If we talk about the collections, one of the best designs was brought to light by designer- Ranna Gill. Ranna Gill’s collection was titled- “Floral Opulence.”

Ranna Gill’s latest collection, “Floral Opulence,” is filled with her love for bright and lively colors and grounded, botanical patterns with the best fabrics, which help to add to the beauty of the ensembles. Exemplifying the relevance of the dressing sense and fashion needs of the hour, “Floral Opulence” is about today, the present day and moment, with the theme being #BuyNowWearNow

The designs aptly withstand its name “Floral Opulence” as it portrays floral that bloom throughout the lush gardens, cool hues that keep us refreshed in both the seasons and fabrics like satin and georgette, which are breathable, cultivating layers of texture.

The designer did not forget to portray her signature style. There were signature Ranna Gill Dhoti Pants, which were chic in beautiful solid colors and provided comfort, and made a fashionable statement. The collection included tunics, pleated skirts, maxis, and belted dresses in colors like black, ivory, marigold, and hues of ruby, greens, and florals, in Ranna’s signature prints, which focused on the bohemian vibe.

Ranna Gill also introduced a gorgeous collection of hand-embroidered, breathable masks. The masks had pretty florals. The hand-embroidered, breathable masks, were created to match the beautiful prints abundant in the designs.
